The Annual General Meeting (AGM No. 26) (for the year 2023) of France Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCIFB) was held on Thursday, 28th March 2024 at 5pm at Prego Italian Restaurant (Level- 23), The Westin Dhaka. Mr. Julien Deur, Head of Economic Department in Dhaka, Directorate-General of the Treasury of the French Embassy was present at the AGM along with the CCIFB President, EC members & General members.
The AGM was called to order by the President of the Chamber, Mr. Shafquat Matin to read out the agenda since the necessary quorum for the meeting was fulfilled. The Annual activity Report of 2023 was presented by the Chamber President. The soft copy of the activity report was sent out to all the members earlier. The Treasurer of the Chamber, Mr. Mohammed Kamal Uddin presented the audited accounts for the year ending 2023 and also the Operating budget for the year 2024. The audited accounts and the operating budget were discussed and approved. There being no other business, the meeting ended with a vote of thanks to all attending.
The AGM was followed by iftar and dinner.
